Yes, As a member of the SV Investment Club, you can delete your posts in the forum if you no longer wish to share them with others.

1. Go into Forum on the menu bar
2. Click on your profile photo and select "profile"
3. Go into "forum post" in your profile menu
4. Click on the menu option on the post you would like to delete
5. Click "DELETE"

How do I book a call with my accounts manager?

As a member of the SV Investment Club, you can schedule a call with your accounts manager if you find you have some questions that need to be answered.
1. Go into Forum on the menu bar.
2. Click on your profile photo and select "profile"
3. Click on "Request a call"
4. Click on "Request a call with my accounts manager"
5. Fill out the form and select the date that works best for you.
6. Your accounts manager will reach out to you with a booking confirmation.

How do I send my deals in for review?

As a member of the SV Investment Club, You can send in your real estate deals for a proper assessment before making your investment decision. Our team of experts will review your deal to ensure that it is a positive-cash flowing property. To send in your deal:
1. Go into Forum on the menu bar
2. Click on your profile photo and select "profile"
3. Go into "Deal Portal" in your profile menu. (Please ensure that you have your proforma filled out. If you don't, please download our free proforma template and ensure you attach it as a file when sending in your deal.
4. Click on "Submit deal"
5. Fill out the form with the right information (Do not forget to attach photos and videos if applicable!)
6. Click on "Submit"
